A wide range of services allow self-referrals, this means you don't need a doctor to refer you if you think you need to see a specialist.

The below services all allow for self-referral, clicking on the icon will take you straight to the service referral page

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) (0-18 Years)

We are a specialist NHS service providing assessment and support for children and young people up to 18 who are experiencing poor mental health.

We work with you and your family to identify your difficulties and provide the right help for you.

Healthy Me

Healthy Me is a Wiltshire based fun and interactive programme for Children aged 5-18 years old who are above the healthy weight for their age, and their families.

NHS psychological therapies service (IAPT) (Adults)

If you live in England, you can refer yourself to an NHS psychological therapies service (IAPT)

IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) services offer NICE recommended therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), for common problems involving stress, anxiety and depression.

Podiatry

The Podiatry Service provides a comprehensive range of specialist and general clinical interventions. This includes health education and promotion and the effective triage, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of foot problems.

You can access the service following a referral from a health care professional or by completing a referral form.
